The Latest Update: The Doors Are Open for Life-Transforming Work!

After years of planning and more than one year of construction, Phoenix Rescue Mission celebrated the grand opening of its new $12 million Life Recovery Building in June 2021.

Staff members and recovery clients from the Mission joined the ceremony, which included a few remarks from board members and a vision-casting statement from Phoenix Rescue Mission CEO Ken Brissa. Immediately afterward, Phoenix Rescue Mission Men’s Program Director Todd Smith hosted a virtual tour of the new building as well as a highlight reel of impactful moments when the men moved into the building for the first time.

In addition to the work that was done to construct the new Life Recovery Building, Phoenix Rescue Mission is continuing with the renovation of its existing Transforming Lives Center (TLC).  This renovation includes an expanded dining area and Vocational Development Center, addition of security features, updates to the intake and welcoming area for new clients and visitors, and expansion of the Rescue-Assess-Place (R.A.P.) and Solutions programming capacity for men seeking treatment.
